When will my order ship and arrive?

Ready-to-ship: 1-2 business days; made-to-order: 5-7 days. After dispatch: Metro 3-5, Non-metro 5-7, Remote 7-10 business days. Prepaid shipping is free across India; tracking link is shared by email/SMS.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Request within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, non-custom items returned with all original packaging/tags/certificates/invoice. We inspect every return before approval.

How do I start a return?

Email theamourastore@gmail.com with order details, reason, and an unboxing video/photos. We review in 24-48 hours, arrange pickup or share the return address, inspect, then process refund/exchange.

Can I cancel or change my address?

Cancel within 12 hours if not shipped. Address changes only before dispatch, email us ASAP with your order number.

What if my order is damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video + photos. After verification, we’ll replace it free or issue a full refund.
